How soon will my order be delivered?
Your order will usually take two working days to arrive at the address you requested. For example if you order before10am on Monday you will receive your order on Wednesday.

Where does your meat come from?

The majority of our meat and ingredients are sourced from local farms in Derbyshire within a 5 mile radius of our own farm. Some of our meat comes from carefully selected quality sources such as our Orkney Island Gold traditional breeds meat.

 

If I need to go out when my order is due what can I do?
You will need to ring us immediately to provide us with an alternative address, for example a neighbour or a family member etc. Because of the perishable nature of our products, rescheduled deliveries are not adviseable.

How much does it cost for packing and delivery?
Our delivery charge to any address in mainland UK is £10.00. This price includes the cost of thermally insulated packaging to ensure your order arrives chilled and fresh.

How will my meat be packed?

Your order will arrive chilled in special thermally insulated boxes to ensure your meat and pies are as fresh when they reach you as they were when they left us.

 

If I have already ordered and realised I need something else can I ring you to add this item to my order and pay over the phone?
Yes this can normally be arranged without any problem providing your order has not already been despatched. We always welcome personal callers either by telephone or to our shops in Derbyshire.
